Well, all sorts of bows actually - in jewellery, in the hair, around the waist. But especially those ascot-/pussy bows on cute ruffle blouses.
I've always had a thing for cherries. Not just how they taste, but how delicious they look. I like cherreis in small details, such as an embrodery or as small earrings, I like it best sutle and small. But sometimes a cherrypattern works nicely too.
(3. Different from the drawings I post here at the blog, I also love to make two-dimensional detailed very vector-like drawings, as the ones above. Black and white is the thing.)
What small details do you especially like?

Hi, i´ve just spent two nights reading your whole blog! I love your drawings and your outfits, we have quite the same style so i´ve found lots of inspiration. And your tattoos are awesome, i´m thinking about getting some.
I´m just curious, do you speak swedish or finnish (or both)? You mentioned a saying, someting like "if you want to be pretty you have to suffer" and thats like "om du vill vara fin så får du lida pin" wich made me suspect you speak swedish.
Anyway, great job, great blog, i´ll keep on reading!

Tefascisten : Thank you Jessi, I'm really glad you like the blog!
Jag talar både och men svenska är mitt modersmål.
I really dig the cherries also, also Polka Dots and anything red or patent leather, I have a pair of ultra high peep toe heels in red and they are my fave!!!
I love tiny little floral prints, Great blog, this is definatly one of my favorites.
You illustrations are so beautiful they just make my day! :-)
I have the same thing for butterflies. maybe something to with my childhood. We lived in a neighbourhood with big gardens where we could chase butterflies and tiny toads.
I love cherries in pictures. there is something deeply satisfying about their color.
Nice. I like skulls in a very childish way. So I've even got one tattooed (with a bow on!)...
But I never really fell for that skull-fashion that went on for a couple of years.
I love crowns - in patterns, details, and specially - as jewelry pieces. Cherries - that seems kinky to me ;))
And, as always, your drawings rock!!!
I used to love stars and skulls but nowadays they just bore me. They're everywhere. At the moment I'm really into anchors, swallows, clovers and all those old-school-like symbols. Not as prints but as details and such.
I absolutely love pussy bows, puff sleeves, and tiny pleats. In general, I love when a garment or accessory has a subtle detail: cut-outs, pleating, contrasting stitching, detail in contrasting material (for example, velvet or leather on a wool coat)...
I also adore cherries - been contemplating getting a pair tattooed on shoulder blade or above my ankle for a while now. I also love puff sleeves, vintage or unusual buttons, intricate pattern-pleating and shoes with bows on. And shaped or sculptured heels, especially what I call "Mary Poppins heels", which curve inwards and then back out again.
Cherries, tiny buttons and pins, pictures on the heels of shoes, the hint of a silk/lace petticoat under a skirt, kid gloves, unusual patterns: I have a bag with an ice cream sunday & pina colada pattern and I love it! Candy patterns & nautical themes. Hats! I have a leopard print trilby that I love to pieces!
I love cherries too. Of course I have the Louis Vuitton bag with the cherries on it. The cherries were SMILING for God's sake! How could I resist?
Must agree with you that cherries are fantastic. I'd really like something with an owl or a book print on it though.
Your blog is fantastic and I love your style. My favorite small details are umbrellas and I have umbrella tattoo(s). I love them both in details and print
I love the bows too! And I also love red and white stripes, and 50s children's book illustration style prints.
i love your pictures. and i agree with you on the bows. they are wonderful. :)
Oooh thank you all for telling me what you favor :) It's inspireing and wonderful to read! Many of us have really similar taste...
I will make a small thing out of all of these a bit later on!
I really like Peter Pan collars, blouses with lace details on the front (similar to your first illustration), and small embroidery details that are subtle, and that you might not notice unless you looked carefully at something. For guys, I love wingtip shoes, and really nice socks - particularly argyle at the moment. I like sock garters as well, for both men and women - I think they can be a really classy touch.
I love red details. My favorite color! Little bows on shoes and ribbons in the hair ;-)
Melancholic Optimist : I'm so wiht you on the socks! They are such great details in men's clothing!
Alicepleasance : Yes, Cherryred!!! :)
I love your blog and your illustrations!I also love anything to do with bows. But I also for anything with lace detailing....though for me the bigger the lace detailing the better! x
what an adorable blog !! I just can't stop looking at this beautiful illustration with the blouse and the bow....how sad would life be without bows ?????
sunny greetings from your favourite city, frollein von sofa
