BERLIN pt.1; IN A RATHER RAINY BERLIN

In Kreuzerg. I've always stayed in Kreuzberg when in Berlin, since my friends live there.

Dinner at Izu's place. She moved to Berlin a couple of years ago. She's a painter and just had her first solo exhibition over there, still running for a couple of days from now. (Here.)

Getting blurry at Maria Pelegro later on.

Vegan burgers for breakfast the day after. (Here.)

This litte birdie ate out of my hand. I know some find that disgusting but I find it cute.

And look! I was actually wearing flats. Hell might have frozen over a little bit or so...

Hiding from the rain, Kreutzberg edition. (Here.)

In Prenzlauer Berg.

Waffles at Kauf Dich Glücklih. There are two of them, one on Oderberger Str. and another on Kastanien Allee. You can shop at the later one too.

Hiding from the rain, Prenzlauer Berg edition.

Hell froze over again! Eddi actually did more shopping than I! (Well, I actually did none the first days so he didn't really go that bazookas either.)

Back in Kreutzberg.

What's the temperature like there? It doesn't look like it was very hot.

Looks like you had a fun holiday, and you and your friends are adorable!

Oh yay! I've been waiting for something to brighten up these rainy days in Salt Lake. Who knew it would be pictures of your rainy adventure halfway across the globe. :)

It looks like you had a wonderful time!

Louise : it was quite neutral, +17-20 C the first days and then got warm when we left.

Blue Moon Dame : thanks, it's from Tazzia, a store over here that sells pretty classic clothes.

Lolo : yes thank you we had a good time

Oh :(
Looking at the pictures make me miss Berlin even more than I already do. Moving back in a month or so though, so shouldn't really complain. And I'm living for free in Norway, even though living in Berlin is practically for free compared to here.

Hope you had a great time in the best city in the whole world. But burger aren't really THAT great, I make better veggy ones myself :P

oh my, are those cherries on the waffles? I've been absolutely craving a dessert like that since I went to Monaco in June and they'd run out of morello cherries to go on my crepe! Happy pictures, nice :)

Oh I am SO envious, Berlin is great! My favourite city in Germany though is Hamburg. Have you been there? I just can't get enough of the quirky shops and cute little canals... oh and the rockabilly/ psychobilly bars!

Loved your friend's work!!
What a nice trip you had! I haven't got the chance to know Berlin, but when I do, I'm definetly going to ask you for some tips! But my german is as good as "Sprechen English"? So I depend on my boyfriend translation or english-speaking tours!

Looking foward to Berlin pt.2!

Lovely pictures, and I agree totally with someone above, your Eddi is really a handsome dude! Lucky girl, but you´re awesome too, so he's a happy dude :)

I miss Berlin also when I watch your pictures, its a wonderful city, big enough, and you can really breath there, and cheap as well.
Thanks for a great job!
