AMONG THE LILACS

I fixed a little something among the lilacs in front of the house in the countryside!

A well hidden little sitting place!

There used to be a swing before, but no one sat there as the lilac trees were over grown and it was hard to reach. I cut away lots and lots and lots of branches and dug up some treelets (<- new word for tiny trees!) that were in the way plus cleared the ground of weeds. We moved the swing to a better spot; under the apple trees on the other side of the house.

Turned out a good place for morning coffee or just random day dreaming together with the cats.

What a pretty little nook, I'm feeling rather envious here in my no-garden flat.

Looks lovely, I envy the sunshine. Swings should ALWAYS be under apple trees. Any other tree is just not right:)

So beautiful! I grew up with lilacs all around me, but where I live now, the climate isn't right for them. I miss them! :(

I love that your cats go to the countryside with you! Mine is too scared to set foot outside the door!

I just love this littel hidden place sorrounded by all those lilacs. The chairs and the table are absolutely adorable. It's like a scene out of a romantic novel. Finnland must be dreamlike in summer, isn't it?

Miss Rayne : Yes!!

Jen : they like it there. And I have to take them, I wouldn't leave them alone for longer than a day... They are afraid out in the city as it's noisy, but it's so quite in the countryside.

Mademoiselle Maladroite : depends on where you are :) But yes, most evenings and early nights are rather dreamlike due to the light, you know, it just doesn't get dark at all...

Aino : Haha, totta :D

Ylva : and for sitting with the pram and a sleeping baby too, I think :)
