CIRCLE SKIRTS FLOW NICELY IN THE WIND DON'T THEY
So I made myself one of the planned circle skirts. (Of the so called "hipster fabric".)
Because the world is a teeny weeny better place when clothing has pockets I put a couple of those on my skirt. With a zig zag stitching for a little more vintage feel.
I also matched my toe nails to the skirt. It does not make life nor the world any better but perhaps a little more fun.
Gifs are also fun (come on, a little at least) so let's finnish off with one of those:

wow that skirt looks so great! Love the fabric (it's a teeny bit like something TD could have made)
Lovely skirt, you found a great fabric for it! I was wondering if you could help me, I'm in love with the Bettie page Paradise-dress, I tried it on in a shop, and the M size fit me perfect. Unfortunately their price was way over my budget, and i managed to find it online cheaper. But according to all sizecharts the M should be way to small for me, even the shop where i tried it's webshop says the same thing, so i was curious to hear if you found it true to size or quite big? Thanks for a fab blog!
weel done inbetween the babywork-out :) I've only managed to shorten a skirt... And there is a lot of fabric waiting for me but... no... :( So thumbs up for you! :)
Love love love this fabric, very 50's tribal indeed. I'd love to make a dress out of it, where did you find it?
I really like the longer length on it as well, very flattering and floaty in the wind :)
Looking stunning as ever!

I love your outfit, it's "retro vintage" if that is even a word? I have my own fashio blog called Forever Vintage, I just staarted it and have no followes, would you mind checking it out? www.forevervintagelife.blogspot.com.
Thanks!
Maja : yes, you're right about the TD!
Kajsa : I think it's a bit on the bigger side - I went for one size bigger when I ordered just to be sure, which was when I was still pregnant. And it was good as I am much bigger than I thought I'd be. (It'd be way too big would I be "normal"). In centimeters the L should go up to 76 in the waist, but it suits me and I am still 85 (altough it gaps a little, but you get the point). So go for the M!
Katja : but I sewed it aroudn midnight :D That's when he slept long enough...
Lady Jardin : it's from Eurokangas, a Finnish fabric store. It was among the ready cut pieces, as in left overs from last season or so.
Molly Kit : yes I will - It always takes some time of blogging before the readers "arrive".
Molly Kit: ... and you will most liekly not get any if you keep it private :) It says it's invitation only!
Gorgeous skirt, cannot go wrong with a circle skirt! You look beautiful xx
ok sorry about the innovation only thing, that has ow been fixed, and thank you soooooooooooo much, we really appreciate it!
Tee hee! Hipster fabric! It looks lovely.
I found your skirt very pretty! It looks so classy! I hope you would post more about it
Meinasin ostaa ihan saman kankaan Eurokankaasta. Mutta päädyinkin ostamaan mustaa trikookangasta :( How boring is that??
classic!
