It might be minus a fucking lot right now, but the sun does warm during the day; everybody is determined that this is the last cold before spring sets in. We might get let down and disappointed on that one, but I did a little boost however and added some spring vibes to the otherwise over all black. (As seen before, I always associate spring with mint green and coral, mostly.)
And yes, I wear skirts in minus twenty C, as I have my tips and my tricks. It's the anatomy of dressing when really cold put into action!

I find black on black outfits beautiful, but nothing brings out a little bit of like some bright mint green and pink underneath ;)
As to wearing skirt in 20 below, I find it warmer than slacks as long as I wear wool pantyhose and stockings :)

Such a cute outfit, I'm sure that skirt will help spring hurry along for you. We are currently having the most humid summer in history for our city. Sometimes I feel like complaining that it's too hot but I know that before long we will be back into winter again too.
OH MY GOODNESS! You look amazing in the first black on black photo! Like an A-list movie star from an era past! This picture of you is what I strive to achieve everyday and fail miserably. I like the fun, bright, playful wardrobe you have but these red lips framed in black against the snow is beautiful.
I love the idea that you can improve the weather with willpower! I think that a lot.

Aah, how can you have only a headband - the back of my head would freeze to death! :)
But also I think it sometimes is better with skirts than pants in minus-less-than-life 'C (except for my tweed pants perhaps - but of course with wool tights underneath them also)....
Love that you still manage to wear a dress with this arctic weather!
