5 months?! Poor thing.
I should really stop complaining about English winter.
Right now it's 23 C outside and I'm walking around in a thin dress and high heel mules and big sunglasses. :D

I had the same problem in high school. Not only was it too snowy for nice shoes, it was too cold for any really nice clothes. Boots really get to be a drag.
