THE STOP STARING DRESS

Dress - Stop Staring via Garageland
Shoes - the customized ModCloth ones

I should go out more often so I'd get to dress up all fancy and fine! I haven't been out for real in ages since we've had shows every weekend this winter; the day before I'm usually just taking it weasy and the day after Iäm too tored to go anywhere. But oh, I have too many dresses just waiting to be worn and I feel them hanging in my wardrobe shouting "wear me, wear me!". So, last Friday I went to the warm up party for the main event of HBF all dressed up fancy and fine of course, wearing my Stop Staring dress that had been hanging there all sad and unworn for half a year (oh my).

Next Saturday I'll go dancing at a Valentine's ball! That will make some other dress of mine very happy (and me look all fancy and fine in return). Oh yes!

I want a dress from that brand badly, I am always lusting after them. How do you find the sizing? I can only get online and have heard they can be a little small.

Thank you thank you all. I really do love this dress.

Chelsea : I'm normally something between a size S and M, mostly M, but this one is L. I've shortened the dress about 8 cm. I've worn the same dress in M for a photoshoot and it also fit, but was pretty tight around the hips. Hope this was of any help :)

Kate : Oh thank you! I have to go check it out :)

I really like the (so "Retro GLAMorous") way your lipstick and your nail polish subtly sublimate your porcelain skin, AND your tattoos instil a soft "Bad Girl-esque" touch on your silhouette . . .
ps: Frankly What a timeless "Pin up-esque" presence, delightfully full of sparkling SEXYness !!!

à Bientôt, Antoine

I have this dress! I was a bit nervous about how snug it fit me, but Alicia, the designer, insisted it should fit that way. If you are ever in the States, you MUST go directly to their showroom. It's wonderful. Soooo many dresses.

You look lovely!

Hi Fashion :First, my hair is qutie strong and rather dry, so it stays quite well once I've made it. I knw this might not work well enough for soft, fly hair. I put leave-in conditioner, sometimes mousse and pincurl hair (sometimes by laying the curls to the side, sometimes by rolling themjust upwards for volume). I let it stay over night, but mostly a few houres is enough. then I open the curls and brush truogh a couple of times, that's it! Easy, but it's important to roll the curls well, especially the ends, so they stay in place.
