THINK DRINKS WITH PARASOLS AND LOTS OF FRUITS IN THEM

Today it's really warm and sunny, in ohter words perfect day to go a little tropically kitsch covering my frizzy curls from yesterday's show with a turban and a whole lot of flowers.

Like this!

Which wil be perfect for an evening to spend at Storyville's terrace sipping rosé wine and listening to great music ( at their summer Sunday club). Even though I guess a drink with parasols, pineapple slices and rhum in it would suit the outfit better...

Or then I might just skip all the city fun and drive out to Eddi in the countryside; after all, the man surprised me with pancakes, ice cream and strawberries in honour of my name's day this morning.

We'll see.

Lovely!!
I love wearing scarves and turbans, but somehow I think they only go with warm weathers... I know it's silly of me, I've seen thousands of old movies in which the girls wear turbans along with heavy coats, it's great to protect the hair from the rain and snow... oh well, maybe you'll give us some tips on how to wear them when it's not so warm ;)

Meanwhile, go surprise your Eddi looking fab like you are!

I'm very into scarves as a part of a hairdo this summer. Such a great option on a bad hair day. Loving your look, it really is kitsch!
I put my money on you going to see your man :)

Aww you look gorgeous. I've been trying to experiment with turbans to save me from bad hair day panics recently, but have been too nervous to wear them outside the house! Tomorrow could be the day, though, as my hair needs to be cut and looks worse by the day!
Eddi is such a sweetie :) x

How do fasten your turbans and head scarfes so that they sit nicely on your head all day? Wearing a lot of head wraps myself these days. Love your elaborateness (if that's a word...)

Gem Fatale : I know what you mean, it can feel a bit strange the first times you wear a headpiece like this. So was today the day then? :D

Myrull : I out a few pins in the middle of rolling the scarf; so that the last layer of fabric covers the pins. Here also the flowers help the piece stay in place - it stayed all day long very well.

Jennifer : Well maybe I'll be in Canada one day, or maybe you'll find yourself over here, you never know...

Vegiebug, Rasccal & Daisymay : thank you <3
