THE BIRDS ARE LEAVING







It is always as fascinating how they go from what seems like a total chaos into being perfectly organized.

(The middle on of the three houses in the first picture was my first ever home btw.)

Wow - this is amazing. I have never seen this in Australia - I don't think birds migrate in the same way, since it is never totally freezing.
They look like they are all hatching out some evil plan!

That's interesting. Are those geese?
I always wondered how many birds stayed up north during winter?
In the Netherlands, where I live, we have birds migrating to the south for winter.
But many northern birds, like several geese and swans, come to stay here for winter. So we have summer and winter guests, passers by and residents.
So probably the ones you took pictures of, could end up here? That's such a funny idea!

Nature is so extraordinary isn't it. I'm simply always fascinated how animals just know what needs doing without going to evening class, college or university. Then they say we humans are special!
