SPARKLING LEGS

The shimmering fishnets in my previous post were give to The Itty-Bitty Tease Cabaret to try out and review by We Love Colours, you remember, where also the colourful socks Eddi got to try came from?

The lurex glitter fishnets are soft, stretchy but still durable so they work well for dancing. They sparkle in strong light which will be great for stage (and for one of our new numbers, soon!), but in other conditions the shimmer is more soft and all-over; you don't have to be a show girl to use them :)

What do you think, are those fishnets durable enough for using with sequin decorated costumes? I have noticed that the worst enemy for fishnet stockings are costumes with sequins and small beads, as they can get stuck in fishnets and those basic stockings you can buy from h&m or sokos are only disposable when that happens...

Sanshas are the only ones I have found from Tanssitarvike, that are surable enough :)

Those are some seriously awesome fishnets! I'll be recommending them to the ladies of Vaudeville Tattoo.

My God, this is so cool/hot. What I love about Burlesque is that women love themselves as female beings - and celebrate their bodies. Because what else is as beautiful and should be celebrated?

You look gorgeous too.

Ilona : Oh, yes, argh, I hate when that happens! These are rather stretchy, more stretchy than the basic fishnets out there, but still not as firm as those expensive fishnets you get from dancing stores. So, they will work better than normal ones, but I wouldn't be 100% sure that they'll survive too many stuck sequins though.
