WHEN THE SUN WAS STILL SHINING

You've seen this dress in a drawing already.

I like it with big skirts; lots of fabric.

And pockets make any dress a little bit more perfect.

My bangle is vintage from Ansa from way back.

And my hair pins are my mother's old.

She had them as a kid in the US in the early 60's.

Ok bye!

Is your mother American? Is that why you write/speak english so well? I love the dress :D Trashy Diva needs to do some sort of collaboration with you for how much you advertise for them!

Heidi : I know! But I refuse to say it's autumn yet, those warm days will come still!

Rueby : my grandmother is Finnish and grandfather Estonian, they lived in the US in the 50's and 60's and then moved back here; so my mom was born there but is Finnish :)

Love your bolero. Also, I got my bridesmaids dresses with pockets in and they were so excited by that little extra, it really does make that cherry on the top difference :)

Wow, you're new haircut is truly gorgeous! Can I ask where you had it cut? I'd like to cut my hair in 40's style, but I'm yet to find a good hair dresser. Pinkki Paplari looks good, but I don't know how good they actually are.

Piia : I cut it at Prof where my friend Jossu works. They cut the Sassoon way. My friends go to Pinkki Paplari, they like it! It's still the curls that make my hair look good; when it's straight it's alright, a good cut, but it'snot thatr special in my opinion

klänningen är fantastisk såklart, men var kommer boleron ifrån? ny? vintage? jag är alltid på jakt efter korta koftor, de "normallånga" gör ju så att man ser ut som en idiot.

Thanks for your answer. You're right, the curls really make the hairdo, but you need to have a good cut to work them in. My problem is that I'm really lazy to do anything with my hair, but I've thought that if the cut was good I might be more inspired to do something with it. :)
