BOWHEAD BUBBLEGUM AND FRINGES

If you feel a a bit down there's no help hiding under black scarves and sunglasses (or staying in bed). It's much better to dress up bright and funny instead! So I went all bubblegum girl. (it's the dotted cardigan. It always give me the candy-vibe. And the mint green). Well then this bubblegum bowhead went to a gig to get cheered up a little bit!

From one thing to the third, I recently stumbled upon my old fringe bag during a (unsuccessful) attempt to clean my closet. I remember coveting this bag for a whole year a long time ago. I used to go to Stockholm quite frequently before, and saw this bag there, far too costy for me. But whenever I went back I had to go and check on it, to see if it was still there and perhaps on sale. But it took me two season sales and some eleven months before I finally bought it! (I still regret not buying another green big leather bag I saw a year later. Gnaah).

Anyway, I'm not really much of fringe girl so I'm tempted to cut them off. But would that make me a total retard to do so?

OOh, I want to see a tutorial on how to do that with your hair! :)

Kitty & Rebecca : I saw a video on a blog just recently, a japanese girl on youtube who had amazing hair. I then did my own version form what I remembered. Search for 'hair' and 'ribbon' on youtube!

Ah so cool (the hair) also I love the outfit.
Not sure about trimming the fringe off the bag though it might ruin the bag - I suppose it depends on how it's made (hard to tell from the pic)

Sigh, I love you XD. I tend to do the same thing when I feel bad =D

And noooo! Don't cut the fringes off. I'm nit much of a fringe girl either but.... OKAY I kind of am a fringe girl, THEY ARE FUNNY. DSo just leave them... otherwise the bag will be a bit 'blah'

Gorgeous hair I completely agree, dressing up makes you feel so much better. I'm not a big fringe fan, so I would cut them off if I were you! :)

Bucca, ELine & Leia : I'm thinking of maybe jsut making them slighlty shorter since the fringes tend to get in the way... but it's true that the whole idea'd get spoiled if I dut them all off.

Clare : Thanks, couldn't remember which blog I saw the link on! I changed the making-of a little but but the result is the same, it was quite easy but demanded some precision.

Mmmmmh Actually your mischievous/ Girlie creative bowhead sounds very "Minnie Mouse reincarnated in a GLAMorous Pin up-esque silhouette" . . . AND That' s frankly a highly seductive Revival !!!

I love dressing up. It makes the day a lot more fun, and your hair is look beautiful.
Also, the green umbrella in the background is the cutest thing ever.

Most probably you're allowed to modify your bag in any way you like without comment of a personal nature from anyone else :)

I really like the cardigan, very cheery :)
