BEATNIK-BELLY

'Going all beatnik' is a just fancier way of saying...

...that I've basically been out on town in what some people consider underwear.  Muahaha.

To complete the look, add artsy jacket.

Which also happens to be one of few (one of two actually) I can close for the moment.

You know when I look down on myself it doesn't look that big, the belly, nor does the reflection in windows or so out on town. But then when I see photos of myself and go all wtf? Haha, hello hugie! And see, even Lulu has to stare.

You look amazing! I found simple black was my standard when pregnant hard to dress in a way that suits when your body is doing such amazing/strange changes. I put on around 30kg and no coats would do up at all!

I like the evil laugh you did after you said underwear :)

Well you look better in 'underwear' than most! In fact in the front on photo of you with the coat on you hardly look pregnant at all :)

You are still so stylish! I put on 20 kg when expecting my son but loved to dress up nicely anyway. The last, say, two weeks were hard, I can tell. Hope you succeed better ;)

it's quite a geneous look that! I love the artsy "just-sitting-on-the-shore-of-la-Seine-with-a-glass-of-wine (or fizzy soda;)" and love your new hair length too.

Haha, love how Lulu stares at you. She seems to think "Wtf is going on with her?" Let's see what she will look like when little hugie has finally arrived! ;o))

You look amazingly stylish. It's nice to see a pregnant lady with a sense of humour! I don't know why, but a lot of bloggers seem to take pregnancy very seriously.

As a mother of two, I WISH I could look so lovely when pregnant.
Your calves look lovely and thin (I am very emotional about legs, because mine were never good ;) )

Oh I was wondering, what lipstick are you wearing on these picks? It looks really wonderful on you.

Kim : yes, a lot wonder how I still manage to dress up... but for me it's natural. The shittier I feel the more effort I will put into looking not shitty! If I need to go out, Otherwise I stay at home and look like shit :)
And of course pregnancy per se is a serous thing but I don't think I have to go all serious about everything just because of it :)

Veni : I noticed my feet and especially hands tend to swell later during the day but so far I am still in my regular shoe size and my ancles for example have not swollen that much at all. But I have a lot more fat on my legs now. I hope I can get rid of it afterwards too :/

Maja : No lipstick! But, I wear a dark pink pen which I smudge out with MaxFactor's lip tint (the darkest one) plus Elizabeth Arden's eight hour tinted lip balm Berry! Less complicated than it sounds :)
