MORE PATTERN-MIXING
This week's theme is obviously pattern mixing... Now with dots and flowers. (It's all h&m by the way in case anyone was wondering, very old dress and quite new little cardigan. And in case anyone's interested vol2 : I made a drawing of that dress here in the blog once before).
In order not to make this outfit too floral and cute I wore seamed fishnet tights (you can't really tell that from the pic though). And my leatherjacket of course, because we're like this 'X'.
I'm starting to like pattern-mishmash.
At some point when I get someone to take pictures I will tell you how I do this hair.
Now I'm off to Tallinn. Will go there next weekend aswell (in case anyone's interested vol3).
Ta -taa!

you look just gorgous!
You've got rocking rolls! I haven't had "rolls" for a long time. I noticed that those were easier to do, when my hair was bit shorter. I'm off to hair dresser next week, so maybe after that. Where's the pictures of your leather jacket?
Annabananna : oh thanks :)
MrsMunster : Yes I can believe it's a lot easier when it's shorter! I have to make them quite small, since my hair unfortunately is cut in different lenghts, so I can only roll the shortest hairs, if I try to go full-lenght roll the shorter hairs fall out...
There are actually not that many pics of my jacket on the blog, considering how much I go on about it :) there are some pics a few posts back though.
Your hair looks great! I love those shoes, too.
What is Tallinn?
Esme and the Lane Way : Thank you, I really like the shoes too. Tallinn is in Estonia, it's the capital! You get there reallly quick by ferry from Helsinki, it takes obly about two hours.
Since you've already done your part on your hairdo, you should do an entry on how do you do your makeup
I found you blog quite by accident, and I LOVE it!! Ilove your style, I have been a fan of the retro look for years, would you be able to do a post on how you do your makeup?
I mixed polka dots and stripes one day. It seemed to work out, but the size of the two prints are very similar so I think it works well.
your tatoos are simply amazing{
You look beautiful...and all your clothes seem to work so well together!
your hair is stunning!! And the pattern mixing looks great!
Im not that much into patterns, but im taking notos about how to mix them, you are so good at this!!
Amazing as usual! Thanks for the comment lady! Your patterns are great together. Did someone teach you how to do your hair, or did you learn through trail and error?
Aha! Thanks. I miss Europe and the tiny distances between places... have a great time!
Very nice! The pattern mixing definitely adds a certain modern edge to your very retro inpsired looks.
Stunning!
I love the fact that you paired polka dotas with a floral print. Very creative! It worked out awesomely!
I love the polka dot dress :)
Sorry I've been a bit occupie with things and haven't really had time to answer all your lovely comments... Thanks for them you all!
And sure, I could do a makeup post too, but a little warning: it will propably e a bit more boring than expected, it's mostly jsut the basic eyeliner - mascara-do for me...
Hi! My mum is searching for a wedding do, do you remember how you did the back part?
Tine : I had it curled and then "folded" half (my hair was a longer at that point); I let it hang loose and just lifted it a bit and rolled the ends around a pin. I have a decorated glossy "chopstick" that I use. It's very simple, but I'm not sure to easily explain it... YOu could also receive the same result with a hair net I guess, putting the curls in it and adding some nice decoration on top!
