This post is made in collaboration with Zalando.
My autumn stocking up continues; I got myself a warm soft wool cardigan. I haven't had a proper warm knit for a couple of years; my old ones have thinned out, gathered holes here and there or become just generally floppy.
I suitably was offered a gift coupon from Zalando, (which I think most of you here are familiar with. Zalando is one of those virtual malls with a crazy big selection of brands an items. Deliveries and returns are free which is a bonus, making shopping rather easy.) I decided to go smart and not settle for summer dresses and heels in my usual fashion but picked up some autumn-y items instead.
So here I am all set for autumn - knits, booties, cosy cats and toddlers and red wine an everything!
Cardigan - mint&berry from Zalando.fi, dress - KingLouie, booties - Inspiré (from Citymarket)
And that beret... this is the shabby one I found when I was 16 which means I've had it half my life by now.
But. Let's not end this one here quite yet, so - how would you like to do some bonus shopping yourselves?
I have the opportunity to handout two giftcards of 50eur for two of you to spend at Zalando!
The give away is open to anyone that lives in the countries to which Zalando delivers (which are: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France, Poland an Austria). All you other lovelies elsewhere will have to wait for the next one.
To enter, leave me a comment on this post - make sure I can reach you trough that comment in one way or another! The winners will be drawn randomly so leave me only one comment per person in order not to mess up the odds, But as usual, if you link and share this post you can enter with another comment.
The giveaway is open for ten days, until Sunday Sept.15!

Big fan of you and Zalando, count me in :)
I live in the Netherlands.
The cardigan is fab, suits you well. Loving the autumn feel in these photos.
I could really use some shopping money, as autumn is fast approaching and my winter wardrobe lacks a lot of everything, although I love the coler seasons.

Oooooh Zalando, a gold mine for such a lot of items! I like this time of the year, as it's still warm and sunny outside but you can see looking at the tree that fall is coming. So you can prepare yourself (and your wardrobe) to the beautiful next season!
Here, in the south of Bretagne, the temperature is over 30° in the afternoon...don't want the autumn to come yet ;)
Still summer here, but autumn will definitely come and surprisingly, I scanned through Zalando items just yesterday and dreamt of some to come to me, so I keep my fingers crossed...
Lovely cardigan, by the way!
Wicked!! Love your beret I have a similar one in Dalmatian print Ive had for about a decade!!
As usual your outfit is awesome! :)

Tyylikäs asukokonaisuus sinulla!
Zalando on minun suosikkipaikkani hankkia asuja ja asusteita! Haluaisin lahjakortin, sillä silmääni on osunut ihania syysneulemekkoja! :D
android10a10@gmail.com
Ihania syysvaatteita, minäkin haluan! ;) Syksy on mielestäni toiseksi paras vuodenaika.
katja_rajainmaa@hotmail.com
Ihana syysnainen!
Miksei? Voisihan Zalandoa koikeilla vaikka olen tähän asti kyseistä puotia vältellyt sen kammottavan typerien mainosten takia.

I never say no to some free shopping
Wow, 38 comments and not a single one mentions the inhumane working conditions at Zalando! Even wikipedia states that "In February 2013, German TV channel ZDF broadcast a report on the Zalando packing and distribution centre near Berlin. The report compared the working conditions to 'modern slavery' , and stated that some employees, who often commute more than 200km from nearby Poland, are not allowed to sit in certain departments[5] and are constantly intimidated and threatened by private security guards.[6]"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zalando.
You may want to wonder who pays in the end for all the free shipping - the poor employees there. It's like buying a H&M T-shirt made in Bangladesh, someone else is paying the price for your convenience, it's just less obvious who is exploited here. Not all that glitters is gold.
The Jeffery Vintage : Well, I suppose the reason no one has commented on that is the fact that perhaps none of the above have heard about said broadcast? Total news to me at least, there has been no such mention in any paper, program or blog over here, Zalando is still rather visible advertising in a lot of media. So perhaps it is not heard of elsewhere in Europe too (google only gives the wikipedia article, other searched I just made are mostly nags about bad offices/internships etc, hard to find any info on the broadcast in enlgish in a quick search. "even wikiedia" perhaps not being the most reliable source in the end...).
One would not think conditions compared to slavery in the EU with a rather strict legal system concerning labor could go on for thta long after being exposed, so if this was proven surely there must have been consequences and action in this matter? What was the follow up after the broadcast?
(this is what I found: http://www.e-commercefacts.com/news/2012/07/german-tv-show-criticises/)
As what come to free shipping and returns; in Finland a company is forced by law to offer free returns as customer security, so for us here it's nothing new or glittery for that matter although it can be a nice bonus elsewhere when not acustomed to such a service, thus the mention in the post. What comes to free shipping most big virtual malls offers that nowadays (like brandos, asos etc); but nothing is really free - the pricing is calculated in such a way that it indirectly pays for shipping too. I know some products are a few cent or euros higher at Zalando too than when bought directly from the brand's own store for example, this said without diminishing any possible wrongs in other parts of their system.
Love your blog and would love some shopping money :-)
