I make smoothies almost daily. Today's consisted of: half an avocado, half a pear, mango mash, frozen berries, apple juice, soy milk.

I make similar ones every day, usually with avocado, frozen berries, nuts, soy milk, banana and sometimes some cantaloupe and a teaspoon of cocofat. Sometimes I add some seeds or something green + some ginger. Its a great breakfast.
