One pear, some apple juice, natural yoghurt and a whole lot of fresh basil plus a couple of ice cubes or frozen kiwi bits. Sweeten with honey if you feel you need it.

I have smoothies every morning. It's a good way to get all your 5 a day.

The other day I made grass shots from fresh grass in our back garden and cold mint tea sweetened with honey, pretty nice, thinking about putting some in a smoothie soon. :)
(Haven't been able to mow the laws since it's been raining non stop for about 2 straight months.)
