I topped it all of with a checked jacket.
*) There will never be the day though that a ready-made pair has enough room in the hip and fit my waist int he same time, even now with some left over baby chub they are too loose waist-wize. If I want a pair to fit perfectly and also be comfy I will have to go custom. And why not...

Hey what a fantastic scarf idea! I'm going to have to remember that for next winter,
Oh...i have the same hip-waist-trouser-problem. Why not go custom made if it fits the budget too ;-)

You look so beautiful. :)
The jacket looks so nice (judging by what I can see)!

Nice idea !
These are unique outfits which attract my eyes.
For those with a hip-waist problem, try something that, yes, is not vintage, but will fit you perfectly. Levi's jeans. They make a line called Bold Curve, that has a tiny-tiny waist and wide hipline. As feminine as a pair of pants can get. And comfy as hell.
